Your Business APB: All Roads Lead to Value

Successful business owners are as focused on creating tomorrow’s value as they are on meeting current demands. Each day decisions are made to resolve a crisis, adjust prices, or seize an opportunity. Barb continues her work with Papa John’s franchisees at their 2009 Franchise Association meetings to identify decisions that positively affect the value of their businesses. Continuous attention to productivity, profitability, cash and financial strength leads to value. And the right kind of attention means measuring what’s important, understanding what the information is telling you then getting things done – taking the right action to improve performance.

 

The fall workshop is designed to help owners and key employees get behind a business improvement plan for 2010 that they will develop at the session. Participants will identify sales and profit goals, establish their success metrics and develop action plans and accountability processes to take them into 2010 and beyond.
